même si tu as (aussi Norton + TrendMicro. 1 de trop! .)

(vpc32.exe is a legitimate part of Symantec's Security products.)
ce programme vpc32.exe à mon avis est une variante du virus Agobot, de plus il s'inscrit sous le nom de Microsoft Update et se réplique 3 fois dans ton log.

Merci pour ton aide mais çà à pas l'air de fonctionner les about blank reviennent, ci joint le nouveau log et j'ai désinstallé Norton ghost 2003

je répète

les lignes 04
1) ctrl/alt/supp : arrête ces processus
2) tu repasses sur le log et tu fixes

si tu n'arrêtes pas un processus actif avant de le fixer les fix échouent!

recommence les fix

que dois je arreter ???

relance hijack et pour arreter les processus
tu clik sur open the misc tools
puis sur open process manager
tu le recherche dans la list tu clik dessus et tu clik sur kill process

essaye la méthode Hijack comme le dit Balltrap

Balltrap ton message n'apparaissait pas comme dernier messagedu post dans le forum - encore un bug ?

mais j ai l impression que le forum bug pas mal en se moment
est ce que c est du au nouveau serveur je sais pas il faudrait voir cela avec jeff

méthode forte!

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Microsoft Update] vpc32.exe

1) désactive ta restauration système
Panneau de configuration puis dans Système>>onglet Restauration du sytème>>coche la case Désactiver la Restauration du système sur tous les lecteurs

2) affiche les dossiers cachés :
Clique sur "Démarrer" >> "Panneau de Configuration" >> "Options des Dossiers"
Clique sur l'onglet "Affichage">> Dans la liste des "Paramètre avancés", sous la rubrique "Fichiers et dossiers cachés">>[!coche!] "Afficher les fichiers et dossiers cachés"
Pour afficher les autres fichiers cachés>>[!décoche!] la case "Masquer les fichiers protégés du système d'exploitation" *

3) passe en mode sans échec :
donne des impulsions rapides dès l'allumage de ton ordi sur la touche F8 ou F5

4) recherche et supprime
C:\ou/WINDOWS/ou/SYSTEM32\---> supprime : vpc32.exe

5) redémarre en mode normal - vide ton cache internet (options internet : supprimer les cookies/supprimer les fichiers temps) + vide la corbeille et effectue un nettoyage de disque>programmes>accessoires>outils système>nettoyage de disque : clique OK (pour tout)

6) réactive ta restauration système <-- !!

ché plus quoi te dire - les fix devraient marcher pourtant - il est actif en 04 ce programme - je comprends pas que le processus n'apparaissent pas par la combinaison CTRL/ALT/SUPP - ??? ou en les fixant selon la 2ème méthode hijack (vs.Balltrap)

ni [Microsoft Update] ni vpc32.exe ??

démarrer/exécuter : tape msconfig/onglet démarrage - tu dois le/les voir - décoche ce ou ces programmes - redémarre aussitôt pour appliquer (démarrage sélectif/clique ok)

ou fait une recherche dans la base de registre

démarrer/exécuter : tape regedit/valide ok/ la base de registre s'ouvre - onglet : Edition : rechercher : copie le nom de l'exe et supprime si tu la trouves

problème apparemment résolu en faisant une recherche dans la base de registres.j'ai tout effacer, rebooter refait un log et plus de vpc32....
par contre il y a toujours les lignes about: blank
