Good evening

I just ordered a pair of speakers from BOULANGER (store) that I should receive within 8 days

I have already paid half of the invoice, and the balance will be settled upon receiving the items

BOULANGER guarantees the lowest prices on the market, and if we find a cheaper price elsewhere, BOULANGER will refund us 100% of the difference - (this is stated on all the documents they provide and is also mentioned on the homepage of the BOULANGER website)

48 hours after placing my order in the store, I noticed that the same speakers are sold cheaper at UBALDI (online) - I sent an email through the BOULANGER website asking them to refund me the difference - Do you think I am within my rights to request this refund? If BOULANGER does not respond, how can I encourage them to honor their commitment?

    Too bad

    We went back to BOULANGER; they matched 50% of the difference because of competition on the Internet; we still pointed out to them that this was not mentioned in their "charter"!

    So be careful with your purchases.... if the merchant guarantees the lowest prices on the market, make sure to clarify before your purchase whether the Internet is also included in the market competition
