Trojan dans system32

Bonjour,
Antivir ne cesse de m'ouvrir une fenêtre m'indiquant qu'un fichier .dll tente de s'introduire par le chemin C:\Windows\System32.
J'ai tenté de scanner, effectué un spybot et rien n'y fait. J'ai aussi nettoyé mon disque au mieux: pas de changement.
J'espère que le log hijackthis peut aider l'un de vous à m'orienter sur une solution:
