Problème "FORMS"

Bonjour, j'ai installé Oracle9i , puis Forms 6.0.8.8.0 , sous WINDOWSXP PRO, les programmes forms se compilent et s'excutent sans aucun probleme, le probleme c'est lorsque j'appelle un menu (MMX) à partir d une forme (FMB) il me retourne l'erreur :
FRM-10221 lecture fichier (nom_fichier) Impossible.
le chemin ou se trouve MMX et le FMX est bien déclaré au niveau du REGEDIT---SOFTWARE-ORACLE-FORSM60_PATH.
