Keyboard stuck, not typing (memorex 5200)

Good evening,
I have a problem with my computer freezing on another computer.
I can't write at all, neither in emails nor on the keyboard nor in Word.
Nothing responds, I have a Memorex 5200 wireless keyboard.

System configuration: Windows XP

What can I do?

You need to press the key located next to ALT GR + ctrl at the same time.
