Icon and text display issue

Hello,
for several weeks now, I've been having an issue with the control panel. The text reads no longer appear with the corresponding icons; only the icons are displayed, which is very annoying, I only have the symbols. I must have pressed a key without realizing it. I can't seem to fix the error. My level of computer knowledge is about 5/10, I know I can do better! Thanks to whoever can give me the solution, and good evening to you all. Camomille.

Good evening Jules, thank you for your response. Can you tell me a bit more? In your opinion, what could I have done, or not done? Don’t tell me I need to restore!.... Thank you, Camomille.
Hi, in my opinion you haven't done anything, but I think that for recovering the words, the restoration won't help at all. I think it's your antivirus that's blocking it; the antivirus thinks it's a virus. So either you change your antivirus or you tell the antivirus that it's not a virus! Talk to you later!

Hello Jules, first of all thank you for the information you gave me, I found my toolbar at the bottom of the screen, but I still have the panel on the right when I open my computer. It took me some time to reply to you because I’m on vacation and I’m on Wi-Fi, where it took some time for me to use the internet wirelessly.
