Icon and text display issue

Hello,
for several weeks now, I've been having an issue with the control panel. The text reads no longer appear with the corresponding icons; only the icons are displayed, which is very annoying, I only have the symbols. I must have pressed a key without realizing it. I can't seem to fix the error. My level of computer knowledge is about 5/10, I know I can do better! Thanks to whoever can give me the solution, and good evening to you all. Camomille.
Configuration: Windows Vista Internet Explorer 7.0

I don't think you can fix that other than reinstalling Windows! --

Good evening Jules, thank you for your response. Can you tell me a bit more? In your opinion, what could I have done, or not done? Don’t tell me I need to restore!.... Thank you, Camomille.

Hi, in my opinion you haven't done anything, but I think that for recovering the words, the restoration won't help at all. I think it's your antivirus that's blocking it; the antivirus thinks it's a virus. So either you change your antivirus or you tell the antivirus that it's not a virus! Talk to you later!

Hi! Jules the computer guy, well, that's all fine! But how do I...! I repeat, I have a computer skill level of 5/10. I have a Windows Vista Premium PC. I uninstalled a program that was useless, I did it blindly!!!..........there's no text anymore, just tiny icons, and it's stressing me out!...well, thank you, master, I'm waiting for your instructions! Thanks again. Chamomile the non-techie! sic.......

Salut, d'accord pour ton message, mais je pense que tu devrais restaurer ton système en copiant tes fichiers sur clé USB. À plus.

Hello Jules, first of all thank you for the information you gave me, I found my toolbar at the bottom of the screen, but I still have the panel on the right when I open my computer. It took me some time to reply to you because I’m on vacation and I’m on Wi-Fi, where it took some time for me to use the internet wirelessly. If you don’t mind, I’ll keep your username to get back in touch with you for other problems!!! Have a good day Jules the IT guy; P.S. I have a copy on my USB stick and on the hard drive.
