Hello,

Hello, I have an appointment for a trial run for a job, to enter accounting entries on the Quadratus software (essentially copying, as it involves taking all the accounting that has been done messily on Excel since January). I am not familiar with this software; is it easy to use?

    Hello,
    I have been interning for the same accounting firm using the Quadracompta software for 4 years now.
    This software is really easy to use, there are a lot of shortcuts, it really saves time! When recording the chart of accounts, it's possible to pre-register the counterpart of the supplier or client account so that when entering AC or VT, if you charge the third-party account, the counterpart (VAT + Expense or Revenue Account) is automatically filled in.

    Dominique, since you know Ciel you'll see that Quadratus is much easier to use.
    Well, it depends on what is expected of you in this position. I will just be recording purchase and sales invoices, as well as the bank. It's really easy to navigate through the windows of this software when you have some accounting knowledge. Quick access to the chart of accounts with shortcut keys, fast searches, automatic counterparts, and above all you can immediately go back to correct something, unlike some other software.
    So, don't panic and good luck!

      I also have an interview at a company that uses Quadratus. I don't know this software at all.
      Can you help me? I am familiar with CIEL, EBP, and IGA.

      Is it possible to find a trial version of Quadratus for training? I tried contacting Quadratus but they aren't responding. Do you know if they can manage clients abroad?
