Bonjour,
je possède une imprimante photosmart C 6280. Ce code s'affiche avec comme message "erreur du sys. d'encre. Impression impossible. J'ai enlevé les cartouches. Nettoyer les embouts cuivrés. débrancher les cables. Rien n'y fait. Aider moi SVP

J'ai eu ce problème deux fois déjà. J'avais trouvé la seule réponse qui fonctionnait sur le Web il y a environ 6 mois. J'avais imprimé la marche à suivre et lorsque le problème s'est reproduit, impossible de la retrouver sur le Web. Je l'ai retrouvée à nouveau. À sauvegarder en lieu sûr. C'est la seule démarche qui a fonctionné pour moi.
En anglais, mais compréhensible.
Follow the below steps on the front panel of the All-in-One printer:
A. - Press and Hold the "Print Photos" & "Red Eye Removal" buttons. Release both buttons. Display should say "Enter Special Key Combo"
B. - Press and release in sequence "Red Eye Removal", "Print Photos", "Red Eye Removal"
Display says "enter special key combo"
Press and release in sequence "Red Eye Removal", "Print Photos", "Red Eye Removal" .
If "support COxxFN0723BR" appears with "uiaux" message, perform the below steps:
2. Press and release the right arrow button until the display says "System Configuration Menu". (on C8100 use Touch Screen)
3. Press and release the "OK" button.
4. Display should say "Hardware failure status". If not there already, Arrow Key over to "Hardware failure status.
5. Press and release the "OK" button
6. Display should say "Hardware failure status: Clear. Press OK to clear".
7. Press and release the "OK" Button. Message changes to "Hardware failure status Cleared. Press Cancel to continue".
8. Press and release the "CANCEL" button as many times as necessary, so that, either the "Welcome to Photosmart Express" screen appears, or, the "Ink System Failure" screen appears. PLEASE DO NOT TRY TO PRINT AT THIS STAGE.
9. Using the Power Button, turn the unit OFF and unplug the power cable from back of the printer and wall outlet.
10. Wait 30 seconds for the power to get discharged and then plug the power cable into the wall outlet first and then into the back of the printer
11. Turn the unit on. The printer may display message "USE POWER BUTTON TO SHUTDOWN THE PRINTER" followed by "PRESS OK TO CONTINUE". Press OK.
12. If the printer has already initialized, then go to the next step. If not, the printer will start the "ONE TIME INK INITIALIZATION PROCESS". Allow this process to complete and do not interrupt. Once the initialization process is complete, the printer will print out a Diagnostic Page.
13. To verify printer functionality print a SELF TEST PAGE.

Suivez les étapes ci-dessous sur le panneau avant de l'imprimante tout-en-un:
A. - Appuyez et maintenez enfoncé les «Impression de photos" & "Red Eye" suppression des boutons. Relâchez les deux boutons. L'affichage doit dire «Entrez spécial Combo Key"
B. - Appuyer et relâcher dans l'ordre "Suppression des yeux rouges», «Impression de photos», «Suppression des yeux rouges"
L'affichage indique "entrer spécial combinaison de touches"
Appuyez sur et relâchez dans la séquence "Suppression des yeux rouges», «Impression de photos», «Suppression des yeux rouges".
Si "COxxFN0723BR soutien" apparaît avec "uiaux" s'affiche, suivez les étapes ci-dessous:
2. Appuyez et relâchez le bouton de la flèche droite jusqu'à ce que l'affichage indique "Menu de configuration du système". (sur écran tactile C8100 utilisation)
3. Appuyez et relâchez le bouton "OK".
4. L'affichage doit dire «un état d'échec du matériel». Si ce n'est pas déjà là, Flèche sur la "situation de défaillance matérielle.
5. Appuyez et relâchez le bouton "OK"
6. L'affichage doit dire «l'état de défaillance matérielle:. Effacer Appuyez sur OK pour effacer".
7. Appuyez et relâchez le bouton "OK". Changements message à "l'état de défaillance matérielle Effacé. Appuyez sur Annuler pour continuer".
8. Appuyez et relâchez le bouton "ANNULER" autant de fois que nécessaire, de sorte que, soit le "Bienvenue à Photosmart Express" apparaît, ou, le "Système d'encre non" apparaît. S'IL VOUS PLAÎT NE PAS ESSAYER POUR IMPRIMER CE STADE.
9. Utilisation du bouton d'alimentation, mettez l'appareil hors tension et débranchez le câble d'alimentation de l'arrière de l'imprimante et la prise murale.
10. Attendre 30 secondes pour que le pouvoir de se décharger, puis branchez le câble d'alimentation dans la prise murale d'abord, puis à l'arrière de l'imprimante
11. Allumez l'appareil. L'imprimante peut afficher le message "BOUTON D'ALIMENTATION UTILISATION DE L'ARRÊT DE L'IMPRIMANTE" suivi de "APPUYEZ SUR OK POUR CONTINUER". Appuyez sur OK.
12. Si l'imprimante a déjà été initialisé, puis passez à l'étape suivante. Sinon, l'imprimante démarre le "ONE TIME ENCRE processus d'initialisation". Permettre que cette procédure soit terminée et ne pas l'interrompre. Une fois le processus d'initialisation est terminée, l'imprimante permet d'imprimer une page de diagnostic.
13. Pour vérifier la fonctionnalité imprimante imprime une page de test AUTO.
