Hello, I was scammed by Astro Voyance. They are demanding payment for invoices and I didn't ask for anything. How can I get out of this? Thank you for responding.

Hello pourtesourire

in order to respond to you with the possibility of helping you, it would be good to tell us a bit more
for example, how did you come across astrology?

How to get by? Get in touch with a consumer assistance service.

Avoid entering. Get it into your head once and for all that fortune-telling sites are designed to take your money; psychics are nothing more than jokers when it comes to their predictions. As for the rest, they are just a bunch of clever tricksters.

I completely agree, but a solution is also needed for those who have been trapped. By reacting through a consumer assistance service, they (astrovoyance and others) will be better monitored, potentially sanctioned, and this will prevent new victims.

And let it serve as a warning for others. I have a friend whose daughter recently sent a text message (there's that service too).
She sent "General" to get a reading about her life in general, out of curiosity. Several hours later, they asked for her date of birth.
Then only the next day did they ask her a specific question! Surprising when you ask for something general. She didn't respond after that nonsense, but it's important to know that you pay 1.50 per text... sent or received.
In the end, for 4 texts sent and received, the bill mentioned more than 12 euros! That's a scam.
I think there should be more regulation in this kind of business.

I am stepping in; what’s the point of sending a text message for a tarot reading without giving your date of birth? It makes no sense, so stop accusing people for nothing.
Now read carefully on the site; it clearly states to ask your question. Your daughter wants a complete reading for 1.50 euros since she’s asking for a general one. Think before making such accusations.

I have always been more than satisfied, yes, I have tried it too of course.
Come on, in private, they will ask you for 50 or 60 euros and you think these people at Astro are serious? You manage your calls and your money.
You simply need to know how to control yourself.

Hello
The day you understand that all fortune-telling sites, that all the fortune-tellers and their ilk are charlatans and that the so-called gift of clairvoyance is nothing more than a scam, there will be no more fraud. But alas, that's not happening anytime soon.

Hello my poor friends..
I see in my crystal ball that every time a sucker gives their credit card for a 'distant reading', they will get fleeced in exchange for fake predictions...
Stop believing in this nonsense, come see me in my red caravan (Bd Raspail Paris-France..). I’ll give you a friend's price in exchange for my revelations.. If you're not satisfied, then refunded!
Astrally yours..

You weren't scammed by Astro Divination!

It's obvious that it was something they had planned!

It should be noted that many people call several psychics a day to seek confirmation of what the previous one said, while the person in need and suffering doesn't realize that money is slipping through their fingers. It's so easy to pick up the phone, but afterwards it's the downfall.

Good evening Tattilou,
Your friend the clairvoyant did not explain everything to you... On the AstroVoyance site, communications are automatically cut off after 10 minutes in order to protect the consumer. If the caller has purchased "astro credits," the duration is not limited.
Anyone who complains about being on the phone for twenty minutes must have dialed the number several times!
The prices are clearly stated on the site; you just have to look, which is what I did, and I have never called those numbers...
Kind regards.

Oh really? Super GREAT!

Well, I'm even going to thank you in advance with a nice gift that will surely be very useful to you: this ==> http://images.forum-auto.com/mesimages/554714/sulee_1110485603_bescherelle_2.jpg

That said, now you have to guess where I hid it; but since you're psychic, it shouldn't be too difficult....

After that, I'll call you for the clairvoyance.

I went to this lady, she is amazing, I admire her for her kindness and her gift, she helped me a lot, I recommend her for her simplicity. Once again, I live thanks to this medium, I am happy to see her recognized, she doesn't scam people, I am not rich, she didn't ask me for anything, I admire her despite her handicap, she is great.

To respond to your message, do not look at the splinter in my eye, but rather the beam that is in your eye. Look at the definition in your dictionary; I believe you are intelligent enough to read.

Hello alicelolo = lala2000,

There’s no need to use multiple usernames and this is not
fortune-telling: I am a moderator and I see everything :o))

@ Pourtesourire :
How do you expect to have been scammed by astrovoyance?
I checked their site and if you don't call them, they don't even know you exist.
Moreover, how do you expect them to send you invoices when you are charged through your phone bill...?
Either you are mistaken in your statements, or the person you spoke to on the phone didn't tell you what you wanted to hear, and this message is an act of revenge.
In any case, be specific when you make accusations!
P.S. I am not part of astrovoyance or any similar site, and I am not a clairvoyant, medium or fortune teller. I am just objective!

Good evening
I am not a fortune teller either, but when you call, it costs 1.75 euros per minute. If it's 10 minutes, that's 17.50 euros, and if it's more... that might be what you experienced
It's normal for them to charge, I understand
You know the price; it's up to you to manage and keep track; they are not responsible
That's why I don't like consulting by phone, because it costs too much
Best regards
Liliane

Well yes, it's 1.75 euros a minute, but it's clearly indicated. If you are calling, it's because you want to, and therefore, you have to pay for the service. Now, if you stay for 10 minutes or more, it is obvious that you will receive a bill of 17.50 euros or more.
The same goes for 'premium rate' phone lines or music download sites for mobile phones. You need to read the 'instructions' and often you realize that it costs a lot.
But many people do not read the terms and do not realize the cost of these communications.
Therefore, there is no reason to come and complain.....

Hello, Good evening Pourtesourire

I would like to leave a review since I have had the experience.
A website with a psychic hotline number starting with 905 or 904 costs €1.75 per minute on the Proximus/Belgacom network, and I experienced it on the Mobistar network, where it costs €2 per minute.
Yes, it's really expensive, so be careful!
It's easy to spend 20 minutes without realizing it!

It's not the psychics who set these prices because they rent the equipment to professionalize their work. It's more the providers who set the rates.

I knew a psychic friend, and she explained a bit to me.

If you want to talk and ask your questions,
I can also answer you because I have the gift of Divinatory Arts and I don't use this kind of numbers.

Feel free to ask me, I will gladly respond by email, phone, or messenger.

Tattilou

Hello libellule251,
It's better not to give or ask for someone's email in this forum (risk of viruses, spam emails, scams...).
However, since you are both members, you can use Private Messages, as indicated here:

I'm surprised because I don't see how your billing is done over the phone or via mobile, but it's true that it becomes a vicious circle, especially when you're alone.

I agree with you, but there is still some abuse; reread what I wrote and it's another testimony: "--- In the end, for 4 SMS sent and received, the bill mentioned more than 12 euros --- "

Lol the person asked their question a year ago!
I doubt they have been waiting for your answer until now...

Even if she hasn't received a response, it is valid for other people.
If people get scammed, it's because they want to, because in most cases the billed amount is indicated.
If that's not the case, it is always possible to take action against the company; there are laws for that.

If you didn't ask for anything, as you say, why would they come to you to demand an invoice???
I think that rather, on a night of blues, you contacted the line of your own accord and now, faced with your invoice, you're upset... No one forced you to do it!

Should we accept being taken in by a site or is it the "person on the phone" who is a bit limited...?
You ring, and you get taken off your subscription or from your card.
Why talk about fraud? I would rather say it's irresponsible people who call to make websites work!
So, well before contacting, one must think directly: "my mobile" will be rendered useless even if my expectations are pleasant or not.
I think that an individual wanting to use this kind of service must be a sensitive and fragile person. You should know how to use other means like positive thinking, the Coué method, etc...
No judgment should be placed on this article, just a way to reflect together and extend a helping hand without judgment... Good luck in seeking something else. Best regards.
