Hello, when I start my computer with Vista, a message appears indicating that Windows has blocked startup programs.
When I click on the blocked program line
Windows displays WIN32 CABINET SELF EXTRACTOR what is this program and what should I do?
Thank you for your help
Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 7.0

    Yes, I confirm it's indeed spyware sent as some sort of image

    I also have this file, I think it's something spyware so I'm going to remove it, because because of a spyware program that was sent to me my MSN is slowed down and keeps glitching -_- " and it's probably that one =/
