I can't log in to Meetic anymore!

Hello,
I can't log into Meetic; I'm being told that the username and/or password is incorrect (even though I specified it to them), but Meetic is doing nothing to fix "the situation"!
I explained to them that a friend signed up (out of curiosity) with my email address, and since then I've had this login problem... Meetic seems to not understand this issue, and that's why I want to cancel my registration as well as my friend's, so I can potentially re-register with a new username and password...
I can't even access my account!!!
How should I proceed?

      I have been a member for a week and I am struggling to connect. The site says it does not recognize my credentials, even though they are the same credentials I have used since my registration. I wrote to the moderator, who gave me 48 hours to resolve the issue, but to no avail.

    I can't log into my Meetic account, it says my username and password are incorrect. Plus, I've had this email address for a long time and I have all my contacts there. What should I do? Thank you.

      I can't open my account on Meetic either, every time it says the session has expired, Julie.
