Bonjour,
j'ai lancé un scan AVAST et j'ai un avertissement... UN CHEVAL DE TROIE A ETE TROUVE !!

Nom du fichier : C:\Documents and Settings\Angie\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\IS029NZH\promo3[1].htm (introuvable meme en affichant les fichiers cachés)

Nom du logiciel malveillant : JS:FakeAV-K [Trj] (introuvalble)

je suis perdue... j'ai tout mon travail proféssionnels sur cette ordinateur (je suis graphiste freelance)
c'est la cata... si je perds tout c'est 1 an de boulot...

aidez moi s'il vous plait...

    * On va vérifier :

    Télécharges RSIT " Random's System Information Tool " sur ton bureau

    - Fermes toutes les applications en cours et double clic sur RSIT.exe
    - Sélectionnes " Continue " à l'écran >> RSIT va analyser le pc et verifier si l'outil hijackthis ( version à jour) est présent sur le pc, si ce n'est pas le cas, RSIT le telechargera >> acceptes la licence
    - Une fois l'analyse terminée, 2 rapports.txt s'ouvrent, log.txt à l'écran et info.txt dans la barre des taches
    - Postes le contenu des 2 rapports

      Bonjour,

      Redémarre en mode sans échec, Il faut pour cela, redémarrer le PC.

      - Une fois redémarré, après le chargement du Bios et avant l'apparition du logo Windows, tapotes la touche F8 ou F5(pour certains pc) à plusieurs reprises, pour accéder à l'image suivante comme sur cette Image

      - sélectionnes avec les fléches de ton clavier --> Mode sans Echec, puis, presses la touche Entrée.

      *Une fois en MSE, double cliques sur Smitfraudfix.exe.

      - Sélectionnes l'option 2
      -réponds oui aux questions
      - patientes le temps du scan et postes le rapport généré

      Je te propose de changer d'antivirus car Avast n'est plus trop recommandé actuellement et je ne penses pas que ton pc aurait été aussi infecté avec Avira Antivir par exemple, meme si c'est d'abord à l'internaute de faire attention...

      - Si tu es d'accord, télécharges Avira antivir qui est ce qu'on fait de mieux en gratuit actuellement

      - Supprimes d'abord Avast à partir du panneau de configuration --> ajouter/supprimer un programme

      - Il se peut que tu n'arrives pas a le désinstaller manuellement, sers toi de l'utilitaire de desinstallation d'Avast

      * Tu as beaucoup de versions d'Adobe, te sers tu de toutes ces versions ? --> ton pc est plus vulnérable car si celles ci ne sont pas à jour, cela représente une faille de sécurité :

      * mets Adobe à jour ICI

      * Installes la dernière version de Java ICI

      * Une fois à jour, télécharges JavaRa.zip

      ---> Décompresses le --> clic droit --> extraire ici
      ---> Double-cliques sur JavaRa.exe ( le exe peut ne pas apparaitre)
      ---> Autorises le processus a se connecter si il te le demande
      . Cliques sur Install et suis les instructions

      - Quand l'installation est finie, reviens à l'écran JavaRa

      -Clic sur " Remove Old Versions " ou "supprimer les anciennes versions " --> cliques sur " oui "

      -l'outil va travailler, cliques ensuite sur " Ok " et à nouveau sur Ok

      - Un rapport s'ouvrira, refermes l'application puis postes le rapport

      - Met un coup de ccleaner >> Analyse et nettoyage

      Une fois ceci fait, vérifies que ton antivirus Avira est bien à jour et lances un scan de ta machine en mode sans échec.
      * veilles a ce que la case " détections de Rootkit au démarrage" soit cochée

      potasses le Tutoriel et la partie Lancer un scan si il le faut

        deplacer/renommer..
        supprimer...
        mettre en quarantaine (action recommandée)

          Il faut supprimer en espérant que ce gentil virus n'ait pas eu le temps de commencer son sale boulot (c'est a dire effacer les données). Si des fichiers manquent c'est irrécupérable.

            et j'ajoute que c'est normal qu'il soit indétectable le dossier Temporary Internet Files est associé a Firefox alors que tu utilises IE 7.

                  --> Pas du tout, mais en lui demandant ce rapport, ça permet aussi de vérifier que ces applications Java, Adobe ne sont pas à jour par exemple, ce qui représente une faille de sécurité pour son pc...

                  Télécharges et installes ccleaner
                  - Durant l'installation,n'installes pas la barre d'outils yahoo et décoches la case " ajouter l'option des mises à jour"

                  - Une fois installé, fermes toutes les applications en cours et lance ccleaner
                  - clic >> option >> avancé et décoches " effacer les fichiers etc... plus vieux que 48h
                  - Sélectionnes " nettoyeur " >> clic sur Analyse puis nettoyage, puis referme le programme..

                  ------------------------------------

                  - Télécharges Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware

                  - Installes le > double-clic sur Mbam-setup.exe, à la fin de l'installation, il se mettra automatiquement à jour
                  - Une fois installé, fermes toutes les applications en cours et lances Malwarebytes
                  - Exécutes un examen complet du pc ( tu n'auras pas accés à internet pendant l'analyse)
                  - A la fin du scan clic sur " Afficher les résultats ", si Malwarebytes a trouvé des infections >> clic sur " Supprimer la selection "
                  - Si il a besoin de redémarrer le pc pour finir la désinfection, acceptes
                  - Un rapport s'établira, postes son contenu.
