Bonjour,
J'utilise mozilla et reçoit sans cesse des fenêtres avec des jeux et sites publicitaires. Que faire pour arrêter cela? Merci pour votre aide.

tu as du installé un logiciel dit gratuit qui t'infecte en te submergent de pub pour verifier fait ceci 

telecharge hijackthis choisit do a scan and save the log et poste le rapport

"cette ligne correspond à l'application "partner" de Google, qui s'installe avec le navigateur Google Chrome. C'est un spyware qui collecte certaines informations...

Clique sur Menu démarrer --> Exécuter
Tape ' services.msc ' et valide
Fais un clic-droit sur "Partner Service" --> Propriétés
Place "Type de démarrage" sur Désactivé, et clique sur "Arrêter".
Valide et referme tout."


Ensuite, relance hijackthis, clique sur "Do a system scan only". Coche les lignes suivantes et clique sur "Fix checked" :

*  Télécharge Malwarebytes  http://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/telecharger 34055379 malwarebytes anti malware
   
    * Fais la mise à jour du logiciel (elle se fait normalement à l'installation)
    * Lance une analyse complète en cliquant sur "Exécuter un examen Rapide"
    * Sélectionnes les disques que tu veux analyser et cliques sur "Lancer l'examen"
    * Une fois l'analyse terminée, cliques sur "OK" puis sur "Afficher les résultats"
    * Vérifies que tout est bien coché et cliques sur "Supprimer la sélection" => et ensuite sur "OK"
    * Un rapport va s'ouvrir dans le bloc note... Fais un copié/collé du rapport dans ta prochaine réponse sur le forum


* Il se pourrait que certains fichiers devront être supprimés au redémarrage du PC... Faites le en cliquant sur "oui" à la question posée


puis après tous sa clic ici et suit le tuto de RSIT et poste moi uniquement le log.txt

sa à l'air trés bien

relance hijackthis choisit do a scan only et coche les cases a gauche des lignes :

puis clic sur fix checked

ensuite tu as des mises a jour en retard donc va dans le panneau de configuration et desinstalle TOUS les composant JAVA ( les "java update") puis retelecharge la derniere version : https://www.java.com/fr/download/

puis fait un tour dans windows update et installe TOUTes les mises a jour dispo dont IE 8 car tu as de grosse faille en ne mettant pas a jour tes logiciels

on peut aussi verfier la vulnerabilité de windows et aussi d'autre produits

Soit par le biais de ce site internet il faut installer l'active X puis
clic start scan et le site montre d'une croix rouge les faille de
sécurité pour quelques produits important installé sur le PC comme
java, IE, windows, flashplayer, adobe...les + importantes

Soit on peut aussi passer par un logiciel a installer qui scan le PC et

    *  Télécharge Toolscleaner sur ton Bureau

    * Double-clique sur ToolsCleaner2.exe et laisse le travailler
    * Clique sur Recherche et laisse le scan se terminer.
    * Clique sur Suppression pour finaliser.
    * Tu peux, si tu le souhaites, te servir des Options facultatives.
    * Clique sur Quitter, pour que le rapport puisse se créer.
    * Le rapport (TCleaner.txt) se trouve à la racine de votre disque dur (C:\)...colle le dans ta prochaine réponse

puis fait un dernier scan avec super antispyware un scan complet supprime ce qu'il trouve te poste le rapport

fait le scan avec super antispyware et supprime tout ce qu'il trouve puis dit moi si tu as encore des problemes, des pubs etc... et mets bien a jour tes logiciels
