Orange refuses my connection with ordissimo may

To send an email from my "Ordissimo", I always get this response: An error occurred while sending the mail: unable to connect to the SMTP server smtp.orange.fr via starttls because it did not offer STARTTLS in response to EHLO. Please check that your account settings are correct and try again. - That's what I've done X times, and it's still impossible. Should I change the server? Thank you. 
Configuration: Linux linux Mozilla 1.8.1.14

    As for me, my problem is that Windows installed on Ordissimo is asking for the license key, and when I enter the one found on the back of the computer, it tells me there is an error, and I’m at my wit’s end because I only have one chance left before losing everything.
