Aide à l'interprétation d'un rapport

Bonjour à tous,

Malgré la soirée qui se prépare dans chacun de nos foyers, pourriez-vous m'aider à interprêter le rapport de mon scan anti Virus Personal édition ...
Je suis victime depuis plusieurs jours de trojans ...

Une alerte lors du scan me précise que "bunSetup.cab" est infecté de un ou plusieurs virus mais l'antivirus ne peut pas le supprimer ...
Pensez-vous que je puisse supprimer le fichier C\WINDOWS\DOWNLOADED PROGRAM FILES sans risque ??
