Je suis Peter et je travaille pour un service externe d´assistance de Symantec.
Je vous invite à désinstaller à l'aide de Norton Removal Tool en suivant cette procédure:
1. Téléchargez Norton Removal Tool depuis https://www.broadcom.com/
2. Sur le bureau Windows, cliquez deux fois sur l'icône Norton Removal Tool.
3. Suivez les instructions à l’écran. L'ordinateur redémarrera une fois et vous serez peut-être invité à répéter certaines étapes après le redémarrage.
