Freebox configuration for Vuze

Hello,
I have some problems configuring my Freebox so that VUZE can run properly.
So here’s the problem when I’m connected alone from my PC to the Freebox and after a good update of the box, VUZE runs very, very well (all the little men are blue!!)
But if someone else connects via Wi-Fi to this same box, Azureus barely runs (I go from 120 KB/s to 4 or 5 KB/s)
So I would like to know how to prevent this, knowing that the person connecting to the box via Wi-Fi is using Vista.
