Vuze Configuration

Hello,

I've been using Vuze for a long time (formerly on Azureus) and I would like to manage to get my little guy to turn green... I normally have a pretty good connection, but I know I could download even faster. I randomly set a port in the port mapping on my router and entered the same ones in Vuze, but the little guy remains yellow (I just noticed that maybe I was downloading a bit faster...) I also disabled my firewall but it doesn't change anything, I don't understand... For the upload speed, the speed test recommended setting it to 125K, okay, but I'm getting 15.533 K.bps lol, it frustrates me a bit... Shouldn't I set it to unlimited? I don't really know how to get it to turn green!

Before, with the old Azureus, I could manage, but since then it has changed a lot... I like this version, but it's too bad the little guy doesn't want to turn green, lol

Thanks in advance :)

Activate the encryption, it'll go much faster!

Encryption? Where is that?

125kb/s is too much, leave it on automatic, it does things well on its own.
Try enabling UPnP in the VUZE settings.
You said "by entering the same ones on Vuze".
You only need to open one port (if UPnP doesn’t work).

Automatic? That means Unlimited?

Okay, I'll look into DHCP

Yes, I misspoke, I took port 60619 and added the same one on Vuze.

No, with unlimited it will eat up all your bandwidth
If there's no auto, set it between 20 and 50 depending on your connection

Ok, here it is Auto

So where is "DHCP"? And what is it? ^^

he opens the ports on his own and closes them when he exits
it must be in the network settings of Vuze

Hello

I have the same issue and Djolmito's response reassures me.

I went browsing through the Vuze options and saw in the plugins that I had "embedded," "shared," and "per user." What does that mean?

Hello, I have a little problem with Vuze. I was downloading at 1MB/s for a while, but now I'm only getting 125KB/s! The thing is, before it would use up all my bandwidth, which wasn't a problem since I turn it on at night! Now with Vuze open, I can surf without any issues, but I don't need that! Even though I set it to unlimited, it doesn't change anything! Any ideas?
