Extraction issue winrar/winzip

Here, I downloaded a game that is in .rar format and it won't extract, whether with WinRAR or WinZip...
With WinRAR, it gives me this: C:\programmes........ impossible to create setup.exe Access denied and it's the same for all the files :s
With WinZip: Error: Access denied. Unable to create C:\........... Administrator rights may be required.
I should specify that I'm not on my PC... but I had already installed this game on my PC without any issues and I don't understand where this is coming from.
If you can help me, that would be nice ;)

I've had the same problem and I found the solution:
You need to go to your folder for WinRAR or 7zip or any software you use. (C:\Program Files (x86)\WinRAR)
There, right-click on WinRAR.exe / 7zip.exe.
>Properties
>Compatibility
>Check "Run this program as an administrator"
And there you go, you can extract your files wherever you want!
