Probleme avec virus trojan

bonjour
voila je n y connai rien en ordinateur et mon antivirus n arrive pas

a enlever un virus appelé trojan-downloader win32 small-adb

je ne sais pas quoi faire.....

si quelqu un pouvait m aider ca serait vraiment gentil.
