Page qui s'ouvre et ralentissement

Bonjour,Voila j'ai un gros gros soucis avec mon PC qui est sous vista et dont des page s'ouvre toute seule sur un deuxième onglet.Avec ça il rame comme pas possible est ne m'ouvre pas certaine application ou il m'est plusieur minute à le faire.
