Hello, I received an MP4 for Christmas and unfortunately I don't know how to put music on it! If you could please help me!
Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 7.0

-- Hello, I assume your mp4 came with an installation CD and a USB cable to connect it to your PC. So you install your CD to put it on your hard drive, and then you connect your player with the USB cable; once it is recognized by your PC, you can see it appear in "My Computer" like any other device; then either you use the program provided for transferring music from your hard drive to your player, or a much simpler method, you drag and drop your music files to your player.
