Hello,
I have a problem, I received my MP4 player from Hong Kong, I was able to access it twice via the USB port and now nothing!
My PC indicates that: the USB device malfunctioned, Windows does not recognize it.
I tried another USB cable and that doesn't work either.
If you have a solution, please help me...

The problem is that my computer doesn't recognize the USB port, I haven't been able to download the drivers to make it work, thank you for helping me.
Moreover, the mini CD is in Chinese and my computer cannot read it, so there are little squares instead of words.
If you have a solution for me, thank you for contacting me, see you soon.
For those who may have a FIRMWARE issue with the MP4 player
(the software included within the player that allows it to function)
The solution provided on the page linked by abderrahman5555 seems to be the only one that works!
It's in English, so it's not very easy! But it works for me.
Brief summary:
If your PC no longer recognizes the MP4 player but recognizes a USB ADFU Device, that's a good sign.
Then use the MP3 player upgrade tool included in the MP3 player utilities pack that you should have received with the player. Otherwise, MP3 player utilities can be found everywhere...
With the MP4 player turned on and connected, launch the software and attempt to update the FIRMWARE.
You can find several versions: HERE
If you don't know which one to use, try them until you get a result! Some FIRMWARE are presented with a picture of the player, which might help you!
If the PC does not recognize the player at all, it's more complicated; you'll have to open it up...
If you dare, learn English and follow the link from abderrahman5555!!!
