Hello, I'm new; I have a problem with my MP3 that gets stuck when I turn it on; no commands are available anymore, and when I connect it to the PC, it asks me to format it; I like it because it has a mic input and I use it! It's a Commodore Digital Audio Player 512 MB.
Could you help me?
Configuration: Windows XP / Firefox 3.6.13

Well, let's proceed differently...
As soon as you plug your MP3 into your PC, ignore the message (close it).
Then, follow these steps:
>Click on Start
>Click on Computer (This PC for Windows 7)
>Then right-click on your MP3 device
>And click on "Properties".
>As soon as the window opens, click on the "Tools" tab.
>Now click on "Check now...".
>Check both boxes, then click on Start.
Best regards

I just tried this manipulation, but as soon as I check "start," the window closes immediately. I thought it was good, but no, the message remains the same when trying to open the drive. Best regards.
