Billing for unconnected phone numbers

Hello,

As a mobile phone subscriber with Bouygues, I just received my bill with the number 3214 charged for half an hour for an amount of nearly 20.00 euros, even though my husband never used that number.
What can I do? I called Bouygues and was told that I couldn't do anything since it was from my mobile number.
If you can provide me with advice, I would be grateful.

Saturday, January 30: Bouygues Operator

I bought an iPhone and changed my plan in December (Evasio)

At 7:57 PM, I call a friend who is supposed to inform me about a procedure: the conversation lasts 11 minutes

At the same time, in the middle of the conversation, I receive a call that I take for an advertisement which interrupts the call with my friend. I manage to cut off the intrusive voice.

This morning in my usage tracking: off-plan call of 22 euros 70, an amount I am going to contest.

But where it becomes much more annoying is that on my iPhone in the usage tracking, I have:
7:57 PM 3214 mobile CALL MADE
7:57 PM 06 XX XX XX XX CALL RECEIVED

Curious error since
1) The two calls did not start at the same time (I called before being disturbed by the 3214)
2) The communication with the 3214 could not have lasted 30 minutes but at most 30 seconds
3) The indication of the calls does not match reality: I received a call from 3214 while I was calling my friend and not the other way around.
I will call 614 tomorrow.
I took a picture of the screens on the phone
I had people at home
The person I was calling can attest to the time of the call I MADE

well, this story about 3214 is very strange (Rapid Pass: a company that provides micro payment codes and "makes over" our mobile phones!) (-_-' ?)
I just had the same type of issue: a "fictitious" communication with 3214 lasting 30.23 minutes at 20.86 euros while I was working with the phone right under my nose. A total absurdity. Obviously, I realized it too late: impossible to get the info from my phone; it dates back over a month, my call log doesn’t go that far.
Have you managed to sort this matter out on your side? To clarify any dark points?
Thank you in advance for a reply, even a brief one.
Have a good end of the day.
