[Hamachi] Probleme Très Bizzare

Bonjour,
quand je ping quelqu'un on me dit "delai d'attente depassé" et quand la meme Personne me ping c'est entre 50 et 60 ms .
Pouvez-vous expliquer ce probleme, pourquoi je ne peux pas pingué quelqu'un alors qu'il pey le faire et même avec un temps de reponse très bien ( 50 - 60 ms )
Le probleme viendra de mon ordinateur ou de ma bande passante ou de quoi ?
