Good evening; I'm not sure if you can help me but I hope this will be useful for others. I ordered printer cartridges on January 31st and was charged a few days later. But as of today, nothing has arrived. I've written, and received no response. I've tried to call, but the number is not assigned. And even better; the last email I sent bounced back because the address no longer exists. The worst part is that you can still order on this site. So how many people are going to pay more? What surprises me is that I had already ordered from this site but had never encountered any issues before.

Indeed, it is a scam. In my browser, on this forum page, there are 2 Google ads for cartouchecartouche.fr saying that all products are available and that delivery takes place within 48 hours.
I ordered for 125 euros on October 9, charged the same day. Since then, the status has still been "in progress" and there has been no response to my two emails. Today is October 27.

I ordered 8 cartridges on March 5, 2009, I paid by bank transfer and I received an order that was not mine.....
I am trying to contact them by email but have received no response from them. And of course, there is no phone number.

According to the latest news, cartouchecartouche.fr is doing well.
We are still in business and fully satisfy thousands of customers every month.
Our customer service is monitored daily, and when there is a label mix-up on two packages (extremely rare), as is the case with this customer, we immediately dispatch new packages along with prepaid return labels for the first packages. This is to avoid disadvantaging customers who are affected for 24 hours.

My problem:
I received my order, a copy of which is below, on time but when I tried to replace my black ink cartridge referenced with you "E481" with the specification "Replaces EPSON TO481," my Epson Stylus Photo R300 rejected it as incompatible. I therefore fear that the same applies to the other cartridges in my delivery.
My request: That you replace the 2 E481 ink cartridges that you delivered to me, hoping that it was just a defective cartridge. And if the incompatibility recurs, that you replace my whole batch of cartridges with others from the Epson brand....or truly compatible ones.
Hoping for your serious commercial commitment

I am in the same situation as you, and I think I will file a complaint with the fraud prevention agency because this is indeed a scam!

- HP Tri-colour CC643E
Two cartridges for an "old" printer. Right after that, I started looking up information online and came across dozens of discussion threads like this one and began to doubt the site CartoucheCartouche.fr ... But in the end, they arrived in 48 hours, today on 02/13/13 around noon via SoColissimo. The cartridges are full and recognized by the printer.
I hope you have resolved your issues and always remember to check the sites where you might be buying from!!!

You have been scammed, and this was blatant, predictable, announced with a little sign and flashing lights.
So, a little advice that can help you avoid a lot of scams
Go to the contact section of the website that interests you.
Every company lists its postal address, so if you only find a phone number or a section where you can write an email, just drop it because in addition to the company's address, a serious site WILL include its email address without necessarily allowing you to contact them directly from their website. Example:

After ordering cartridges from this site on 10/03/2020, I received low-quality equipment that was not related to my order.
After a few email exchanges designed to stall me, I sent a registered letter. Since then, I've heard nothing.
March 2021, the conclusion of my troubles with 123consommables: I contacted the QueChoisir association, whose intervention was decisive, especially since, on their advice, I reported the actions of this company to the DDPP (Departmental Directorate for the Protection of Persons) in Var, the department where the Company is based.
I was ultimately refunded for my order on 12/23/2020, which was 2.5 months after payment.
I therefore advise all victims of this Company to do the same, especially to contact the DDPP of Var.
After ordering cartridges from this site on 10/03/2020, I received low-quality equipment that was not related to my order.

I also just realized after 15 days that I have been scammed by cartouchecartouche.fr. Knowing the commercial obligations, I am surprised by their responses. To this day, delivery has not been made, cancellation has not been refunded. Fortunately, it's only 37,... and not more, but in my opinion, they must be doing business with their clients' money; it comes in but it doesn't go out. We'll see in the coming days, but this is certainly not how commercial practices should be. Good luck to everyone.
Hello, I have almost the same problem. I ordered two sets of cartridges for the first time but they were the wrong ones, and since I'm stubborn, I ordered the cartridges again with the reference from my old cartridges, and once again, I can't fit them into the printer.
I made a return request today, nothing has happened, it’s been 10 days, in case that can help you.
