Hello everyone,
I'm reaching out today because I'm looking for ideas for an activity (theme) and corresponding decoration for a team I'm managing in a call center.
For a challenge that will last 3 to 4 weeks.
I thought about: team leader, small gifts or challenges to be won through raffles for the 100th sale, for example.
Not having a particularly vivid imagination, I'm asking for your ideas and your imaginative and creative minds (lol), of course within the limits of what’s feasible.
If you also have experience in a call center, that could be very helpful to me.
I'm eagerly awaiting all your feedback!!!!
Thank you very much in advance for your help!!!!

I inflate balloons and insert papers with "prizes" such as break 5, break 10, lost, candy, a coffee ... I tie the balloons in clusters on a string and with each sale the agent pops the balloon and receives their "prize". Sales are guaranteed
I am planning to create a goose game soon based on the same model as a classic goose game with the same "prizes" as the balloons on the squares. With each sale, the agent rolls a die (made by me) and moves to the corresponding square to receive a "prize" ...
On Saturdays, it happens that we have a common lunch (agents and supervisors) where everyone contributes 0.50 cents or the company pays and we organize a snack during the lunch break ... it boosts the team and sales!!! lol
I am currently the production manager, but I was a supervisor for several years.
The challenges I have implemented:
- The "little bac," where an agreement equals a proposal (it's nice to do this by creating teams), the first team to make a proposal on each theme receives a reward.
- Who is this??? : an agreement equals a proposal. For each correct answer, there's a reward.
- A race: it's simple to set up, you just need a rope, a photo of each CDC, and a character (cartoon, movie, video game...). Insert the head of the CDC onto the character (this takes a bit of preparation time, but it's worth it), then the rope allows you to create a scale that corresponds to the agreements made. With each agreement, the CDC moves their character along the rope. You can offer a reward at the end of the campaign for the CDC with the most agreements, and punctuate the challenge with small rewards after 10/15/20... agreements.
- The game of hangman, with the word to find based on the current campaign theme, one agreement one proposal, with a reward for each correct proposal.
We need simple things to set up and, above all, easy to track and bring to life on the floor.
Good luck to everyone.
