Err CF OR Err 99 CANON 350D CAMERA

Hello, my Canon EOS 350D camera, which I bought second-hand a year ago, has been showing Err CF or Err 99 for some time now. I have reconfigured the camera, changed the card! Nothing works. If you have any idea or tip about the problem, I would be really happy. 
Configuration: Windows Vista Internet Explorer 7.0
