Bonjour,
a la vue du nombre de sujets résolus sur votre forum je me dis que vous allez surement pouvoir m'aider.en fait depuis quelques jours quand je surf sur le net plein de pages de pub s'ouvrent intempestivement.j'ai fait un scan avec spybot qui m'a trouvé un malware(ou spy ware je sais pas)appelé bluestreack,je l'ai supprimé mais les pubs continuent...si vous avez une solution je suis preneur,je vous remercie d'avance de me consacrer un peu de temps

Désactive le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs (tu le réactiveras après ta désinfection):
- Va dans démarrer puis panneau de configuration
- Double Clique sur l'icône "Comptes d'utilisateurs"
- Clique ensuite sur désactiver et valide.
Tu télécharge navilog1

Tu relance navilog et tu fais le choix 2
Laisse toi guider et patiente.
Le fix va t'informer qu'il va alors redémarrer ton PC
Ferme toutes les fenêtres ouvertes et enregistre tes documents personnels ouverts
Appuie sur une touche comme demandé.
(si ton Pc ne redémarre pas automatiquement, fais-le toi-même)
Au redémarrage de ton PC, choisis ta session habituelle si nécessaire.
Patiente jusqu'au message :

Sauvegarde le rapport de manière à le retrouver

Je te conseil de faire un scan avec Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware (MBAM)
Avantage : très bon antimalware à conserver et faire utiliser régulièrement.
Tu télécharge Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware (MBAM) et enregistre le sur ton Bureau à partir de ce lien :
http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam/program/mbam-setup.exe
Tu clique sur l'icône Download_mbam-setup.exe sur ton bureau pour démarrer le programme d'installation.
Tu suis les indications et tu n'apporte aucune modication aux réglages par défaut et en fin d'installation,vérifie que les options Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware et Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware sont cochées.
Tu fais "Exécuter un examen complet"
Si des malwares ont été détectés, leur liste s'affiche.
tu clique sur Suppression (?) , MBAM va détruire les fichiers et clés de registre et en mettre une copie dans la quarantaine.
MBAM va ouvrir le Bloc-notes et y copier le rapport d'analyse. Ferme le Bloc-notes. (Le rapport peut être retrouvé sous l'onglet Rapports/logs)

salut gil le phantom,apparemment j'ai plus de problèmes de pubs c'est cool!!!MBAM a trouvé un malware je l'ai supprimé (voila le rapport au cas ou) en tout cas un grand merci a toi et a toute l'équipe de comment ca marche,heureusement qu'il y a des gens commes vous qui donnez sans rien attendre en retour!sincèrement merci!!!!:
