Analyse de mon Hijackthis

Question

Bonjour,

Depuis qlqs jours,mon pc DELL déconne sérieusement au démarrage,il m'envoie un message comme quoi il ne trouve pas le disque dur puis redémarre en faisant une restauration system.
Et là,c'est tout nouveau,mon antivirus (antivir) refuse de se lancer malgré un 2eme redémarrage sans incident.

Hello,

Ton antivirus est Avast et tu n'as pas d'infection.

Ferme toutes tes applications, lance hijackthis, fais un scan (do a systeme scan only) et coches ces 2 lignes:

Heu non,mon antivirus c antivir,j'ai viré avast y'a plusieurs mois.
Se peut il que lors de la restauration système faite par le pc au redémarrage avast soit redevenu mon antivirus ?

Sinon merci pour les infos je vais faire ça.

Quant au message d'erreur de disque au démarage,il faudra que je note tout ça car c en anglais.
En gros la première ligne dit: "error: hard disk not found "

Tu n'as aucun soucis de virus.

C'est curieux ton histoire:

Que tu aies un souci de détection de disque dur, je veux bien, mais que cela enclenche une restauration système, c'est marrant...

Quand tu parles de restauration système, c'est une restauration à une date antérieure?
Tu as le choix pour cette date?

Quel est le modèle de ton pc?

Est-ce que tu as ton cd de Windows, la licence qui va avec, des documents précieux présents sur ton disque dur?

Je ne connais pas la date de restauration.Je peux refuser mais vu que le pc recommande cette solution,j'ai accepté.

Mon pc est un DELL vostro 1500.

Oui,j'ai un cd de réinstallation il me semble,le tout est de savoir où ma femme l'a rangé.
Je n'ai pas de documents précieux.

Mais ce qui m'intrigue aussi c'est cette histoire d'antivirus.Antivir ne se connecte tjs pas et là je je suis sur le net sans antivirus.

Edit: j'ai désinstallé puis réinstallé antivir,ça refonctionne.

Il faut éclaircir un point:

Il faut un seul antivirus par pc.
Et c'est ce que je vois, mais Avast.

Avast: c'est la bulle bleue.
Antivir: le parapluie rouge.

J'avais avast mais je l'ai viré y'a plusieurs mois.
Là j'ai antivir .
Je l'ai désinstallé puis réinstallé,antivir refonctionne.

J'ai utilisé la fonction recherche sur "avast",a part dans le rapport Hijackthis,pas une trace sur mon disque dur,aucune trace non plus dans "programmes files".
Donc j'ignore pourquoi Hijack me trouve du "avast" dans le pc ....

En regardant bien la date de mes 2 rapportshijackthis,il y a un petit soucis,les deux datent du 23/09/08 ....

Je pense qu'on peut donc se tourner vers une autre piste que l'infection:

C'en est où ces pb de démarrage?
Quand tu quittes normalement ton pc et démarres ensuite, avec quel message (précisément) et quelle fréquence es tu embêté?

Logiquement quand tu as reçu ton pc il était accompagné au moins de 2 cd:
Un contenant Vista.
L'autre contenant tes pilotes et des utilitaires de diagnostics.

C'est sur ce 2ème cd qu'il faudrait redémarrer et effectuer les diagnostics.

Si tu ne trouves pas ce cd on se débrouillera autrement.

Le message d'erreur n'ai pas systématique. j'ai redémarré 2 fois le pc aujourd'hui,tout était ok.

Je ne connais pas non plus la teneur exacte de ce message car il y a plusieurs "pages" qui apparaissent,et tout est en anglais.

Pour le message,l'écran est bleu,écriture blanche.Il apparait juste aprés la page BIOS.
Mais là,ça fait plusieurs fois que je ne l'ai pas eu aprés rebootage.

Je n'ai plus l'écran bleu depuis qlq temps,donc je ne peux pas te donner le code.

J'ai tapé CHKDSK dans exécuté,une fenêtre noir s'ouvre le temps d'une micro seconde avant de se refermer,je ne sais donc pas ce qu'il y a dessus (si tant est qu'il y a qlq chose ).

Alors y'a une analyse qui s'est lancée avec à dans la phase 2,plusieurs phrases (14 au total) du style "L'entrée machintruc n'est pas correcte".
Puis "Erreurs trouvées".CHKDSK ne peut continuer en mode lecture seule.

PS:J'ai remis la main sur le cd de réinstallation de windows mais apparemment,je ne peux que réinstaller le système,pas le réparer.

Au fait,j'ai bien créé une image de mon pc avec le logiciel que tu m'as conseillé,mais je ne sais pas quel fichier je dois graver .

Le seul fichier reconnu ISO par BurnCD est un fichier RARE,c'est celui là que je dois graver ? il ne fait que 8,41 Mo .

Et le fait de créer une image de mon pc "abimé" ne risque pas de remettre "l'erreur" à chaque réinstallation du fichier ISO ? (dsl pour les termes,j'y connais pas grand chose).

Ok.

Autant pour moi alors,j'avais inséré le CD Vista alors que je devais insérer le CD Drivers et utilities.
Il y a bien un onglet diagnostique mais tout est en Anglais et j'ai un peu de mal a comprendre.

Il propose de redémarrer le pc et d'insérer le CD une fois dans le menu boot du systeme.

Mais il y a deux étapes,bref,je suis un peu largué.
Voilà ce qui est écrit dans le "mode d'emploi":

Starting the Dell(TM) Diagnostics

Before you start the Dell Diagnostics, print this page. Then perform the following steps:

Restart the system. If the F12 = Boot Menu option appears on the screen, use the following:

1. Press the <F12> key to enter the one time boot menu.
2. Insert the Dell ResourceCD into the CD-ROM drive.
3. In the Boot Device Menu select the option for the IDE CD-ROM Device.
4. The Dell ResourceCD will boot to a menu allowing you to boot from the CD-ROM or the Hard Drive. Choose to boot from the CD-ROM.
5. After the CD-ROM boot process completes, another menu will appear. Select the option to "Run the 32 Bit Dell Diagnostics".
6. A message is displayed that describes what will happen after the diagnostics run. Press the <Enter> key after reading the message.

Mais j'insère bien le CD APRES être arrivé dans le bios c ça ?

Et oui,quand j'ai mis le cd Vista,le pc m'a proposé de réisntaller le système.

J'ai redémarré le pc avec le cd déja inséré,rien ne s'est passé.Le pc s'est rallumé normalement sans aucune analyse.

Je vais essayer avec l'option boot menu comme expliqué ci-dessus.

Alors voilà le résultat.
J'ai fait diagnostic par le bios,il m'a renvoyé l'erreur que j'avais quand je redémarrai le pc:

Pdt le diag du Hard Disk:

Error 0146
Error code 2000-0146
Unit 1: DST Log contains previous error(s)

Ensuite,le scan rapide via le cd:

Error code 0F00:065D
MSG: IDE device failed.The self-test failed the read portion of the test.

Autant dire que pour moi c du Chinois.

Il y a un scan complet,mais faut être présent devant le pc et ça dure trés longtemps.

Visiblement ton disque dur a quelques soucis.

Je pense qu'en un premier temps il faut s'assurer que si tu as données importantes dessus (photos, docs...), tu les as sauvegardées ailleurs. (disque dur externe, clé usb, DVD...)
Est-ce le cas?


Depuis combien de temps as tu ce pc?
Il n'est plus sous garantie?


As tu essayé la manip du message 23?

Le pc a moins d'un an,il est encore sous garantie mais le soucis,c'est qu'il est tombé il y a 6 mois.Aucune conséquence sur le pc sauf un éclat de peinture et un léger renfoncement sur l'un des coins.
Je pense que si je le renvoi a DELL,il vont le voir et me dire que la chute est hors garantie.

J'ai bien créé l'image mais je ne l'ai pas gravé vu qu'apparemment,le cd d'origine suffisait (ou alors j'ai encore rien compris).

Ce que je t'avais fait télécharger pour créer un cd de diagnostics, tu peux le jeter car tu as ton cd de Dell.


As tu des documents importants a sauvegarder?

Ok,j'avais du me tromper de post.

En faisant la manip chkdsk /f /r /v ça me met ça:

Le type de fichier est NTFS
Impossible de verrouiller le lecteur en cours

CHKDSK ne peut s'exécuter car volume est utilisé par un autre processus.
Voulez vous que ce volume soit vérifié au prochain démarrage du système ? O/N ?

J'ai mis O redémarré le pc,mais rien ne s'est passé.

Sinon,plus d'écran bleu de puis plusieurs jours et pas de documents "précieux" non plus.

Bien docteur .

Pour la manip,ça a fonctionné,il fallait carrément étiendre le pc puis le rallumer et non juste le redémarrer.
Mais l'analyse étant trés longue et ayant besoin de mon pc cet aprés-midi,je ferais ça cette nuit.

Je te donnerai les résultats demain.

Sinon,depuis un bout de temps,je n'ai plus eu d'écran bleu,à croire que le pc sent que nous le traquons .....

J'ai installé HDD Health ,par contre,je n'ai pas autant d'options que celles données dans ton lien.

Quant a a la vérification du disque en mode sans echec,je m'y attelle de suite doc .

On sait jamais,un petit conseil n'est jamais de trop ....
Et mon pseudo vient d'un manga trés connus par les trentenaires .

Dans tout les cas,même si le pc ne pose plus de problème,merci à toi.
Je suis en admiration devant des mecs comme toi qui gèrent aussi bien l'informatique (vu que je suis une grosse buse dans ce domaine).
Sans vous,je serais obligé de débourser des sommes folles pour le faire analyser et réparer.

je te tiens au courant pour l'analyse que je lancerai cette nuit (en espérant ne pas l'oublier ....).

EDIT: alors,dans le menu "file",j'ai qlq options en plus mais rien comparable à l'exemple cité ci-dessus.
Quant à l'option "drive" ,dans "smart attributes",un tableau vide et dans "extende info": acces violation at adresse 00491042 in module 'hddhealth.exe'.Read of address 00000024.

EDIT2: alors en executant le log en administrateur, en effet j'ai bcp plus d'options (tu vois,ça commence a rentrer).
Mais pas autant que dans l'exemple (je trouve pas la date de fin de vie de mon disque dur par exemple).

Si tu as des questions concernant notre action,n'hésite pas,je répond de façon neutre et impartiale sans aucun jugement sur l'acte accompli.

Et en effet,j'ai profité du net pour faire ce que j'aime "aider les autres" car dans une soirée ou dans un bar,quand tu dis "je suis flic" ben c'est le début de la fin .
Au moins,sur ce forum,les gens viennent sans peur d'être "interpellé" pour leur infraction et on ne juge personne (même si parfois,certaines histoires font dresser les poils).
C'est la facilité du net,la discussion derrière un clavier qui apporte son lot d'avantages comme d'inconvénients.

J'ai procédé à l'analyse du volume du pc en mode sans echec ainsi qu'a l'analyse via chkdsk ,dans les deux cas,les analyses n'ont pu aboutir.

En effet,elles se sont bloquées aprés un certain temps (blocage trés rapide de l'analyse du volume et blocage à 60% de l'analyse chkdsk).

Donc,aucun résultat a te fournir ...

Ok,ok,bon ben la situation est grave mais pas désespérée quoi .


Concernant ccleaner et MAM je les ai sur le pc et je scan régulièrement.

Je prend note du site "la bible",je l'ai mis dans mes favoris.

Pour l'instant plus d'écran bleu au démarrage, donc je croise les doigts.

Dans tout les cas,je te remercie énormément pour le temps consacré et les conseils donnés.

Je te dis pas a bientôt sur ce forum,ça serait mauvais signe pour moi :-)
