Livebox: incorrect identifier for no reason

Hello,
I have been with Orange for telephony + Internet via Livebox for over a year
without any issues
Yesterday, nothing worked, I couldn't connect to the Internet when I went to the settings at 192.168.1.1
it tells me that my username and password are incorrect. The Livebox is synchronized. I did a reset with no success
When I called 3900, they told me that my username has been blocked and that they are escalating the issue...
Have you experienced this kind of problem?

I'm not on the relevant post for now; I will conduct the tests tonight when I get home.
However, I don't understand the overall logic, as I know my credentials are correct.
Also, what is the purpose of having the address of my router? (I'm not very skilled, sorry!)
