Bonjour,
Bonjour,
Voilà depuis un certain temps maintenant je ne peux plus surfer sans avoir une pub pour antivirus qui ne revienne sans cesse toutes les secondes presque

Salut,

/!\ Désactive tes protections résidentes (Antivirus, etc...) /!\

--> Télécharge ComboFix (de sUBs) sur ton Bureau.
--> Double-clique sur ComboFix.exe (le .exe n'est pas forcément visible) afin de le lancer.
--> Il va te demander d'installer la console de récupération : accepte.
--> Lorsque la recherche sera terminée, un rapport apparaîtra. Poste ce rapport (C:\Combofix.txt) dans ta prochaine réponse.

bonjour:
telecharge Malwarebytes: 
http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php 

Tu l´instale; le programme va se mettre automatiquement a jour. 

Une fois a jour, le programme va se lancer; click sur l´onglet parametre, et coche la case : "Arreter internet explorer pendant la suppression". 

Click maintenant sur l´onglet recherche et coche la case : "executer un examen complet". 

Puis click sur "rechercher". 

Laisse le scanner le pc... 

Si des elements on ete trouvés > click sur supprimer la selection. 

si il t´es demandé de redemarrer > click sur "yes". 

A la fin un rapport va s´ouvrir; sauvegarde le de maniere a le retrouver en vu de le poster sur le forum. 
Copie et colle le rapport stp. 

PS : les rapport sont aussi rangé dans l onglet rapport/log

---> Télécharge Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware (MBAM) sur ton Bureau.
---> Double-clique sur le fichier téléchargé pour lancer le processus d'installation.
---> Dans l'onglet Mise à jour, clique sur le bouton Recherche de mise à jour : si le pare-feu demande l'autorisation à MBAM de se connecter à Internet, accepte.
---> Une fois la mise à jour terminée, rends-toi dans l'onglet Recherche.
---> Sélectionne Exécuter un examen rapide.
---> Clique sur Rechercher. L'analyse démarre.

A la fin de l'analyse, un message s'affiche :

L'examen s'est terminé normalement. Cliquez sur 'Afficher les résultats' pour afficher tous les objets trouvés.

---> Clique sur OK pour poursuivre. Si MBAM n'a rien trouvé, il te le dira aussi.
---> Ferme tes navigateurs.
Si des malwares ont été détectés, clique sur Afficher les résultats.
---> Sélectionne tout (ou laisse coché) et clique sur Supprimer la sélection, MBAM va détruire les fichiers et clés de registre infectés et en mettre une copie dans la quarantaine.
---> MBAM va ouvrir le Bloc-notes et y copier le rapport d'analyse. Copie-colle ce rapport dans ta prochaine réponse.

---> Relance MBAM, va dans Quarantaine et supprime tout.

Je vois encore des saletés.

- Fais un scan en ligne ici https://www.kaspersky.fr/?domain=webscanner.kaspersky.fr (Avec Internet Explorer).

- En bas à droite, clique sur Démarrer Online-scanner.

- Dans la nouvelle fenêtre qui s'affiche, clique sur J'accepte.

- Accepte les Contrôles ActiveX.

- Choisis Poste de travail pour le scan.

- Celui-ci terminé, sauvegarde (Choisis fichier texte) et poste le rapport.

- Pour t'aider à utiliser le scan en ligne : Lien

Note : Si tu reçois le message La licence de Kaspersky On-line Scanner est périmée, va dans Ajout/Suppression de programmes puis désinstalle On-Line Scanner, reconnecte-toi sur le site de Kaspersky pour retenter le scan en ligne.

Merci pour votre patience, vous avez en partie résolu mon problème, je ne recois plus de fenetre de pubs antivirus mais apparement d'autres virus profile encore sur mon ordi (néanmoins comme je vous ai signalisé il me semble que la plupart des virus détecté provienne de l'analyse de la quarantaine de mon antivirus (bitdefender), ces derniers en quarantaine donc je ne pense pas qu'il soit encore effectifs)

Je ne sais pas si à 23h je serai disponible mais dès demain je reviendrai, vous trouverez surement le rapport posté à votre retour si celui s'affichera cette fois ci.. si tel n'est pas le cas que me conseillez vous? y a t il un autre moyen que ce logiciel?

L'ordinateur semble être encore infecté mais comme vous voyez certains sont placés en quarantaine mais je pense que d'autres se balladent encore en liberté.. =(

--> Une fenêtre bleue va apparaître : au message qui apparaît : accepte.

-->  Patiente le temps du scan. Le Bureau va disparaître à plusieurs reprises : c'est normal !
Ne touche à rien tant que le scan n'est pas terminé.

--> Une fois le scan achevé, un rapport va s'afficher : poste-le.

-->  Si le fichier ne s'ouvre pas, il se trouve ici C:\Combofix.txt

- Télécharge Random's System Information Tool (RSIT) (par random/random) sur ton Bureau.

- Double-clique sur RSIT.exe afin de lancer le programme.

- Clique sur Continue à l'écran Disclaimer.

- Si l'outil HijackThis (version à jour) n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera (autorise l'accès dans ton pare-feu, si demandé) et tu devras accepter la licence.

- Lorsque l'analyse sera terminée, deux fichiers texte s'ouvriront. Poste le contenu de log.txt (c'est celui qui apparaît à l'écran) ainsi que de info.txt (que tu verras dans la barre des tâches).

Note : Les rapports sont sauvegardés dans le dossier C:\rsit.

Voilà j'ai désinstaller J2SE Runtime Environment 5.0 Update 10. (en allant dans panneau de configuration, ajout/suppression de programmes et désinstallation du programme donc, c'était bien cette démarche?)

Manip' pour Combofix effectuée : Combofix est désinstallé (par contre l'icone de ce dernier est toujours sur mon bureau, est ce normal?)

Que dois je faire?

---> Tu as une ancienne version qui contient des failles de sécurité donc désinstalle-le. Pour lire tes pdf, utilise Adobe Reader ou Foxit Reader.

---> Tu as la nouvelle version donc l'ancienne version est inutile.

---> Désinstalle HijackThis.

---> Télécharge ToolsCleaner2 sur ton Bureau.
* Double-clique sur ToolsCleaner2.exe pour le lancer.
* Clique sur Recherche et laisse le scan agir.
* Clique sur Suppression pour finaliser. 
* Tu peux, si tu le souhaites, te servir des Options Facultatives.
* Clique sur Quitter pour obtenir le rapport. 
* Poste le rapport (TCleaner.txt) qui se trouve à la racine de ton disque dur (C:\).

---> Télécharge et installe CCleaner (N'installe pas la Yahoo Toolbar) :
* Lance-le. Va dans Options puis Avancé et décoche la case Effacer uniquement les fichiers etc....
* Va dans Nettoyeur, choisis Analyse. Une fois terminé, lance le nettoyage. 
* Ensuite, choisis Registre, puis Chercher des erreurs. Une fois terminé, répare toutes les erreurs (Sauvegarde la base de registre).

---> Il est nécessaire de désactiver puis réactiver la restauration système pour la purger.

---> Je te conseille de créer un point de restauration que tu pourras utiliser plus tard si tu as un problème.


==Prévention==

Conserve MBAM. Il te servira à scanner les fichiers douteux en complément de l'antivirus et scanne le disque dur régulièrement.

Comme navigateur, utilise plutôt Mozilla Firefox qu'Internet Explorer. Tu peux utiliser l'extension NoScript pour plus de sécurité.

Vérifie que les mises à jour automatiques sont bien activées (Menu Démarrer, clique droit sur Poste de travail, onglet Mises à jour automatiques).

Tu peux aussi modifier le fichier Hosts pour améliorer la sécurité de ton PC : Lien

J'effectue ce que vous me demandez.

Lors de la désinstallation je note ceci:

"La désinstallation est terminée, mais quelques éléments n'ont pas pu être éliminés. Supprimez manuellement les éléments liés à l'apllication :

Impossible de supprimer le dossier 'C:\Program Files\Fichiers communs\Adobe'."

Puis je effectuer ce que l'on me demande ici sans problème selon vous?

ok Destrio5! je laisse les dossiers, je suis allée jeter un coup d'oeil à l'intérieur et effectivement ce sont des éléments d'adobe Falsh Player.. qui sont présents. Donc je n'y touche pas !

Je vais bien entendu garder le logiciel MBAM comme vous me le conseillez. Cependant puis - je supprimer "mbam-setup" présent sur mon bureau (je pense que ce n'est pas la peine de le garder, MBAM étant installé).

Enfin comment procéder pour faire de Moxilla Firefox mon nouveau navigateur et ne plus avoir internet explorer? Y a-t-il une démarce à faire? un téléchargement?
