How to find a photo's exact date and time

How can I find a satellite photo with the exact date, time, and year of my place of residence?

Many websites on the internet offer photos, but I haven't found any that can provide the information I'm looking for.

A solar panel installer told me that he uses satellite images to estimate performance by visualizing the shading on rooftops throughout the year. Apparently, these are paid images that are of superior quality to Google and taken approximately every month, but I haven't found that online...

Actually, you would like to have the location in real time or be able to choose the date of the photo to see the moment you want, right?
