Press the Alt Gr key and at the same time press the "5" key (above the "r" and "t") to get [
Press the Alt Gr key and at the same time press the "°" key (above the "p" and "^") to get ]

On Mac :

Press Shift + alt and ( for [
Press Shift + alt and ) for ]

Hello,  Look at your top row key 5, you have the bracket (and the parenthesis), so do the same, Alt Gr + key 5 and for the closing ] use the ° key, which is behind the zero (0).
