Hello,
new customer mediaserv.net in Réunion, I have my email box with my username and password, I'm looking for the link to create another email box or 2 but I'm unable to find it, could someone help me please?

my advice: forget about Mediaserv's email accounts. It's not their job to manage webmails; their job is internet service provider (we're not joking even if their modem is really bad...). So they're far from offering a service as efficient as Gmail, Yahoo Mail, and others that are free:
quality/speed of the interface
storage space
anti-spam (integration with other tools)
offline access
access via mobile phone
...
besides, and this is true with most ISPs, the day you leave them, you lose your email account, so you have to notify all your contacts, which is a hassle, right?

The best option is to install Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 or another one like I did and leave the other email box.

to create more email addresses on Mediaserv, there are 2 ways: 1. either you call the hotline and ask them for the instructions 2. you access "my account" with the credentials that were given to you by Mediaserv, then on the left side of the page click on "my users" and you're good to go.
