Unable to use Via Michelin...Help!

Hello,

Since the new Via Michelin presentation, I can't use it: I enter my departure city and its postal code, the arrival city... it keeps loading... both cities disappear and I get nothing.... what should I do? I'm using Google Chrome....

Configuration: Windows XP / Chrome 22.0.1229.79

    I don't know what's going on but this is not viamichelin. Check that your browser is up to date, if that's the case, clear the CACHE, and if it still doesn't work, in the meantime use another site for your trips, there are plenty of them.
