HOW TO INSTALL CARREFOUR BW651 WEBCAM?

Hello,
I just bought a Carrefour webcam called "BW651 USB PC CAMERA", I installed the driver from the mini CD, then the Windows assistant.
The camera is recognized by my computer but does not show any video, a message keeps appearing "Cannot render video capture stream". My English is limited (let's say almost non-existent...), I don't know what to do!
I restarted, uninstalled and reinstalled but still the same message.

If anyone has encountered the same problem as me or knows the solution, please please help me I am about to go confront the seller at Carrefour.

      Well, the only solution you have is for me to change it then!!!

      In case this information is needed, the error message is as follows: "Cannot render video capture stream" and the software being used is called AMCAP; the screen remains white just like for the other user in the other conversation you mentioned. And I don't have a yellow exclamation mark in the device manager.

      Is there something to download by any chance? It can't be that bad; every time the shelves at Carrefour are empty for this webcam, LOL, it's only those who will come and bother you like me!

        I bought a second-hand Compaq laptop and I want to install my BW 651 webcam, but I lost the mini CD.

      Thank you very much, otherwise while searching through the forum discussions, I found a link for another software called ZLink, here it is for free download:

      Indeed, with the version of AmCap that you gave me, it works for both the image and the sound, thank you very much, it's very kind of you to help me.

      Yes, I think there must be missing files, but I didn't specify; it's a short-term demo version, not very practical, yet it's so easy to use!!! Sniff
