D-JIX M450 driver

Hello,
my children received a D-JIX M450 mp4 for Christmas and I can't install the driver
normally on Windows XP it should work automatically but nothing.................
I put in the installation CD but nothing happens when I open the program I always get the message "The mobile device is not connected" I've tried 3 different USB ports! I'm stuck...
if anyone can help THANK YOU Anne

Well, I have exactly the same problem: my M450 is not recognized under XP!
I have installed the so-called UPDATE software that came with it, but it tells me it can't find the USB drivers!!! You couldn't make this up. And let's not even mention the extremely sparse FAQ on the logicom website...
I sent an email to tech support and I'm waiting for their reply...
I'm wondering if I shouldn't add my music from a PC running Vista (at a friend's place) to be safe. It's just ridiculous!

I have the same problem, my MP3 was working perfectly and a month ago, poof, it says unknown device. Can someone help me???

Hello, I bought the D-JIX M550 and I had the same problem as you. That is to say, it wasn't recognized by my PC when plugged in. Then a brilliant idea popped into my head: change the USB cable. And the miracle happened, I could hear the sound of my PC recognizing a removable device in my inner ear. Yes, I'm a bit crazy :p anyway, try a decent USB cable because the one provided is crap :) take care, kiss

Hi

My problem is similar, since yesterday Windows no longer detects my D-jix M450, whereas it did before.
It is turned off and when I plug it into the USB, it turns on by itself.
Does anyone have a solution?

Well, I have the same problem except that now it won't even turn on!!! If someone has a solution because I have a strong feeling that I got ripped off buying this mp3 and it's driving me crazy...

Hello Firb, what you're doing with your mp4 d-jix M450 if you have one: behind your mp4 there's a reset button, try pressing it with a pin and let me know what happens. If you have the other one, you need to install the software provided and see if it connects with the software, otherwise, install it when you plug in the USB cable or either your USB cable is dead. In principle, just unplugging it from the USB cable, turning it off, replugging the cable, and then it turns on and recognizes the computer is enough... but it needs to be turned off when it's unplugged.

Bonsoir, Paulo received his DJix for Christmas, but unfortunately, it won't turn off, so there's a loss of energy, and it doesn't turn on anymore the next day! Unable to turn it off, arffff délo.
