Hello everyone,
Well, I just bought an external sound card (new) POD UX1 line 6 online and during the installation, I get this lovely message: "Has not been validated during the test for obtaining the Windows logo and verifying its compatibility with Windows XP." I retrieved the driver from the manufacturer's website but nothing works! After installation, I have a yellow exclamation mark in the tree via device management, system hardware.
On the box, it says compatible with PC, Mac, Windows USB 1 or 2...

I have XP Service Pack 2 which is not pirated and my automatic updates are blocked (deliberately by my friend who installed it for me).

A huge thank you to those who will take a little time to read this message and help me out!

Well, yes! (Sorry I couldn't reply, I had my hands in the aquarium...)
I uninstalled everything, cleaned the base with EasyCleaner, disabled the internal sound card and then reinstalled the new one...
In fact, I ignored all the error messages, all the insults it threw at me... and poof, it went green...
Now it's working! However, I'm having to juggle between one sound card and the other because with the new one I obviously have no sound... makes sense for a sound card!

It's an external sound card for recording with a guitar or a microphone. It's a Line 6 POD Studio UX1.
For now, as you've seen, I've managed to get it working, so I need to reinstall everything else now and test it! There you go! Well, I'll keep you updated, hehe! Thanks for calling, by the way!

Hello, I am very angry. You have been withdrawing €9 from my bank account since December 5th without my consent. I ask you to stop the withdrawals. I will block the withdrawal at the bank and file a complaint with the police because I did not request anything from xp*presentcella. I hope to receive a response from you as soon as possible.
