    quel sont les symptomes?
    publicité? laquelle?

    quels sont tes logiciels de protection? (je ne sais pas lire)

    fait ceci :

    Téléchargez SmitfraudFix et enregistrez-le sur le bureau
    * Ensuite, double cliquez sur SmitfraudFix puis sur Exécuter. (Sous Vista : clic droit sur SmitfraudFix et sélectionnez "Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur")
    * Sélectionnez 1 pour créer un rapport des fichiers responsables de l'infection.
    * A la fin de l'analyse, un rapport va être généré...Enregistrez-le sur le bureau.

      1) Télécharge et installe Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware:

      http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam/program/mbam-setup.exe

      A la fin de l'installation, veille à ce que l'option « mettre a jour Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware » soit cochée. >>> clique sur OK
      Lance Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware en double-cliquant sur l'icône sur ton Bureau.

      Au premier lancement, une fenêtre t'annonce que la version est Free >>> clique sur OK

      Laisse les Mises à jour se télécharger
      *** Referme le programme ***


      3) Scan avec Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware

      Lance Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware
      Onglet "Recherche" >>> coche Executer un exame complet >>> Rechercher sélectionne tes disques durs puis clique sur Lancer l’examen
      A la fin du scan >>> clique sur Afficher les résultats puis sur Enregistrer le rapport
      Suppression des éléments détectés >>>>
      supprime ce qu'il a trouvé vide également les éléments de la quarantaine
      S'il t'es demandé de redémarrer >>> clique sur "Yes"

    ou toutà fait je pense que c'est résolu car le pc au démarage est rapide il ne rame plus

    ensuite 2eme soucis

    mes parent on un pc portable avec norton 360 il on de fenetre pop up il sont sous vista (lol)

    dois-je recommencé comme pour mon pc ou faire autrement merci

    Quel logiciel peut'on utiliser pour désinfecter le français sur CCM?

    avast est un antivirus peu crédible
    ccleaner protège contre rien (logiciel de nettoyage, à ne pas mettre entre toutes les mains)
    spybot est un bon anti spyware, planifible, mais non résident-pas de protection permanante-
    il te manque un bon parefeu, ne compte pas sur celui de windows
    des infos ici
