Ben j'ai été infectée par un trojan msn et je n'arrive toujours pas a l'enlever c'est pour ça que je c/c le rapport hijackthis :s

C'est mieux quand on expose le problème avant en effet ^^'

Télécharge MSNFix.zip sur le bureau :

Ps: Il est possible que l'antivirus détecte un virus au téléchargement, mais ne t'inquiete pas , c'est normal.

Décompresse-le (clic droit : Extraire tout).
A la racine du disque dur, déplace le dossier décompressé --> (C:\MSNFix.)

Ouvre-le et double clique sur le fichier MSNFix.bat

Fait l'option 'R'.

Si l'infection est détectée, un message l'indiquera et il suffira de presser une touche pour lancer le nettoyage.

Sauvegarde ce rapport puis poste-le moi.

Note :

Si une erreur de suppression est détectée un message s'affichera demandant de redémarrer l'ordinateur afin de terminer les opérations.
Dans ce cas redemarre le pc.
Sauvegarder et fermer le rapport pour que Windows termine de se lancer normalement.

Ok , ben déjà , t'as pas d'anti-virus :/ NI de pare-feu ...

Donc télécharge un bon pare-feu

Et un anti-virus

Fait un scan complet avec Avast et installe ZoneAlarm.

merci bcp j'avais l'avg antivirus 7.5 pro mais depuis que j'ai le virus il voulait plus fonctionner, la je l'ai désinstallé et j'ai installé avast et zone alarm, il a detecté 2 virus qu'il a supprimé et la apparemment ya plus de problemes merci :)

Bonjour,

Il faut un dossier réservé pour HiJack, dans C: par exemple.

Je crois que le (ou un) problème est là:

qui essaye de se faire passer pour le processus regsrvc.exe ou regsvr32, mais je ne sais pas comment le traiter.

Je conseillerais un scan BitDefender à partir d'IE: http://www.bitdefender.fr/scan8/

et de poster le rapport.

  Elle à téléchargé Avast et ZA aprés le rapport HJT , Avast qui -d'ailleurs- a trouvé selon elle 2 virus/malwares et les as supprimés... peut-être était-ce regsrv.exe , mais j'en doute un peu car le fichier est légitime...
  
  MAIS il ne se trouve pas dans le bon répertoire :/ alors tu as peut-être raison mais bon mieux prendre ses précautions ( au cas ou ) c'est pourquoi je lui est demandé un autre rapport HJT.

le regsrv.exe est encore la et je voulais préciser que depuis que j'ai arreté le processus dans le gestionnaire de taches le virus ne se déclenche plus quand j'ouvre msn...

Ok ferme le processus si il est actif ,

Puis fixes ces lignes (coche les cases a gauche des lignes , puis clique sur ' fixchecked') en MSE

Pi_Xi et ben bizarrement meme quand je l'ai arreté dans le processus il apparaissait tout de meme dans le rapport et je l'ai fixé depuis plus aucun probleme, tout a l'air de fonctionner nikel :) merci de votre aide @ +

  vui c'est tout à fait normal.
  
  Il apparaissait en clé 04, relative au programmes lancés au démarrage.
  
  Arrêter le processus fait que la ligne C:\WINDOWS\system32\regsrv.exe n'apparaît plus, mais la ligne O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Registry Services] regsrv.exe est toujours là car il y a toujours l'instruction "lance-moi au démarrage".

* Double-clique sur VundoFix.exe
* Clique sur le bouton Scan for Vundo
* Si le programme te demande de supprimer des fichiers, dis oui
* Lorsque le programme a fini de scanner ton pc, il doit être éteint, redémarre le.
* Copie/colle le contenu du rapport situé dans C:\vundofix.txt

Il a quand même effacé qq fichiers ^^

Télécharge Combofix.exe sur ton Bureau: http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe

Déconnecte-toi du net et désactive ton antivirus pour que Combofix puisse s'exécuter normalement.

* Double clique sur Combofix.exe
* Mets le en langue française F
* Tape sur la touche 1 (Yes) pour démarrer le scan
* Lorsque le scan sera terminé, un rapport apparaîtra
* Poste le rapport qui se se trouve là: C:\Combofix.txt
