Bonjour,
voila depuis une semaine, quand je suis sur internet une fenetre pop up apparer intitulé "advertisment - NSIS media"
quelqu'un a deja eu ce probleme?
Pouvez vous m'aider
de plus j'ai remarquer que quand on m'envoie des liens ( par exemple sur msn) je ne peu pas les ouvrir (du moins j'ai une page blanche)

Je conseille de renomer Hijackthis, pour contrer une éventuelle infection de Vundo. 

ex:Renomme le fichier HijackThis.exe en eden.exe pour cela, fais un clic droit sur le fichier HijackThis.exe et choisis renommer dans la liste 

Ensuite avec Explorer créer un dossier c:\hijackthis 
Décompresser Hijackthis dans ce dossier. 
C'est important pour les sauvegardes."

télécharge combofix (par sUBs) ici : 

http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe 

et enregistre le sur le bureau. 


déconnecte toi d'internet et ferme toutes tes applications. 

désactive tes protections (antivirus, parefeu, garde en temps réel de l'antispyware) 


double-clique sur combofix.exe et suis les instructions 

à la fin, il va produire un rapport C:\ComboFix.txt 

réactive ton parefeu, ton antivirus, la garde de ton antispyware 

copie/colle le rapport C:\ComboFix.txt dans ta prochaine réponse. 

Attention, n'utilise pas ta souris ni ton clavier (ni un autre système de pointage) pendant que le programme tourne. Cela pourrait figer l'ordi.

je ne l'ai pas trouve dans la liste mais c'est normal car en atendant ta reponse j'ai fais un tour sur le disque c et je suis tombe sur un logiciel appelé NSIS que j'ai desinstallé.
Par contre depuis longtemp deux fichiers sont insuprimable

solutions: 

1/
lancez internet explorer puis , cliquez sur OUTILS et sur OPTIONS INTERNET. Dans la fenêtre suivante sélectionnez l'onglet PROGRAMMES puis cliquez sur le bouton RETABLIR LES PARAMETRES WEB.
Lorsqu'un message demande de confirmer accepter


2/ Lancez internet explorer puis allez dans OPTION INTERNET et et sélectionnez l'onglet GENERAL puis cliquez sur le bouton SUPPRIMER LES FICHIERS.  Acceptez


3/ Cliquez sur DEMARRER puis sur EXECUTER. Dans la fenêtre qui s'ouvre (en respectant l'espace représenté ici par # )

tapez  regsvr32#Urlmon.dll
cliquez ensuite sur OK. Un message informe alors que la commande DllRegisterServer dans Urlmon.dll a réussi.

Si le problème n'est pas réglé recommencez avec les fichiers suivants:

regsvr32#Msjava.dll
regsvr32#Shell32.dll
regsvr32#Shdocvw.dll
