SNCF tickets -> issue with printing them

Hello, I need to print train tickets booked on the SNCF website.
They have been downloaded in Acrobat, but the printed sheet always comes out blank. I've checked, my printer works for other files (my documents). Thank you for your help. I am on a Windows 98 PC.

The file that SNCF gave you was in Acrobat Reader format or did you download it in that format?
It’s probably a password-protected file. If that’s the case, SNCF surely provided you with the password. It should be in a confirmation email or another letter.
