Schneider remote control not working anymore

my Schneider remote control no longer works, yet it is the original one. When I press a button, it says
this function is not available
I tried with a universal remote, and it's the same thing. The customer service at Leclerc tells me it's the motherboard
can you enlighten me because a motherboard is not cheap
