My remote isn't working!

lol and lmao you're very funny. this remote control is connected to the pc itself and is notably used with media center, the cd/dvd playback software... and for receiving television channels, etc.... in terms of its description, it is very pretty with its small gray aluminum case, matte black on the bottom, its green eye in the center adorned with the media center logo is slightly cheeky......... I am a technician and I just saw with my own eyes a remote control go crazy, the volume going up by itself, channels scrolling and stopping like a lottery. The problem comes from an unresolved software bug with some overly high-performing TV brands (Samsung and others). In front of the customers, I called SFR's customer service and some technicians told me to unplug all the devices, take the batteries out of the remote control, and that everything would work afterwards.
There's enough to either laugh or blow up.
The truth is simple: a bug exists and keeps the HDMI button disabled no matter what you do and whatever screen resolution you choose. Their trick is a decoy because many people leave their SCART connected, allowing the signal to keep passing.
It's up to them to update their program instead of saying nonsense to people who are calling them in good faith.
Who has ever seen a remote control work without batteries or managed to make adjustments with a disconnected TV????
When I left their place, I felt very stupid for not having done the smallest thing to help them be able to watch what they had chosen instead of being guided by a lottery draw.
They need to tell the forums to act so that they fix their bugs without taking people for fools, and then, as you say, they will call technicians for things we can really act on.

me too it gives me the same problem the little blue lights at the bottom of the wiimote no longer light up and it doesn't work anymore I changed the batteries but it still doesn't work so if you found the solution please reply to me thank you in advance

You just need to sync the Wiimote to the Wii
open the battery cover of the Wiimote and press the red button (SYNC.)
do the same on the Wii by opening the small cover where you put the SD cards and press the red button (SYNC.)

PS: do it pretty quickly

Hi, have you had Wii parties with your friends??? If so, maybe you mixed up the controllers provided with the Wii console.
