Question

Hello, I haven't used my TV for some time and when I tried to change the channels, the remote control doesn't work. I put in new batteries and nothing happens. I have to change the channels on the right side of the TV, not fun! Where could this be coming from? Thank you in advance for your response. Best regards

Hello, Use a universal remote... But be careful, the universal remote only allows for basic functions like channel changing and volume control, for example... So the ideal is to get the same remote as the original one (sometimes you can find it online…).
