Unable to detect my tablet (pentablet)

Hello, I received a graphic tablet (XP Pen Artist 12) for my birthday. I did the proper connections and installed the driver (the latest one, from September 3). After clicking on the software I just installed (PenTablet), a window opens with the message: "unable to detect the tablet, please uninstall and reinstall the driver." So I follow the instructions, I reinstall the driver, and I still get this error message. Also, my tablet powers on perfectly, so this seems strange... Could someone shed some light on this? Thanks.

    Hello, I’m also having this problem with my tablet. It’s been two days that I’ve tried everything, but nothing works... have you found a solution?

      Good evening, I had swapped the two black wires (they are identical, but if they are swapped the tablet will not work).
