Hello,
I received my xp pen tablet today. I connected the tablet properly, and I downloaded the driver, but when I go to display settings, I realize that my PC does not detect this second screen. That is to say, the tablet works and lights up, but it is recognized as a keyboard.
In itself, I thought that if it worked like that, I wouldn't panic, so I wanted to launch my drawing software, which is paint tool sai. However, it's impossible to open the software with the stylus. For some reason, the stylus (and thus the tablet) can open file folders but not software applications.
When I open the software using the mouse and then switch back to the stylus to navigate within the software, the stylus is no longer recognized by the screen; only the mouse works.
I tried everything: uninstalled the driver, restarted my computer, reinstalled the driver, updated my computer's drivers, but nothing changes.
When I go to the display settings: instead of showing me two screens in the form of two rectangles 1 and 2; the display shows me a single screen with 1/2 on it because it clearly indicates that no screen is detected. I then tried to extend the display instead of duplicating it. At that point, there are indeed two screens, but when I try to draw in my drawing software, the display switches back to duplicating.
Furthermore, in the tablet driver, I can only configure "full screen" and "monitor 1", whereas normally I should be able to configure the tablet through "monitor 2".
I don't know what to do anymore!! I contacted xp-pen, so I am also waiting for their response, but your help would be precious.
Configuration: Windows / Chrome 77.0.3865.90

Hello, I also had a similar issue, the solution was to buy a USB to HDMI adapter like this one (http://www.raycue.com/?product=usb-to-hdmi-adapter-usb-3-0-to-hdmi-hd-1080p-video-graphics-cable-adapter-converter-hdtv-tv-audio-video-adapter-compatible-with-windows-7810-pc-not-support-mac-black) and connect the HDMI from my tablet to that adapter (after installing the driver for it from the vendor's site), now everything works! :) I hope this can help you.
Hello, I have an adapter like this one but the problem persists, any other solution?
